Terms of Service
Welcome to Nine. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our POS applications, web ordering engines, kitchen dashboards, and software services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, activating hardware, or using our software services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a restaurant or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Service License & Restrictions
Nine Technologies Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software platform. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or resell our software services, POS application binaries, or kitchen management systems.
3. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments
Certain features of Nine OS require active monthly or annual paid subscriptions. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to make timely subscription payments may result in the temporary suspension of transaction processing or access to your POS dashboard.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nine OS is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that transaction processing or digital menus will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Nine Technologies Inc. be liable for lost profits, hardware failures, or indirect damages.
