Our Story
Founded in 2024, Nine started as a custom ordering system built for a single local café struggling with delivery app commission rates. When the café saved over $3,500 in its first month and saw order speeds double, we realized the entire industry needed a change.
Today, Nine powers hundreds of independent kitchens, franchise groups, and mobile food units across the country. Our team comprises former chefs, line cooks, managers, and restaurant engineers dedicated to making service smoother.

The First Ticket
Built a custom QR-ordering module for a local diner struggling with 30% delivery app fees. In its first month, the diner saved $3,500 and doubled table turns.
POS & KDS Launch
Expanded our software to a full POS application and released our own Kitchen Display Screens (KDS) to eliminate paper tickets and sync order ticket queues instantly.
